I have unfortunately had to deal with many restoration companies over the years but I must say American Water was the best I have ever dealt with. These guys are first rate. There are many companies out there who have the expertise but none that I know can or will provide the service that these folks provided for me. It started with there owner who was just great but what really made the experience special was Ernie's main man 'Josh' this gentleman went above all that was expected. While the job took a little longer than I expected Josh all ways kept me informed, he was great. I had other options for this $30k job but I could not have done better with anyone else. Ernie is the owner and is responsible but Josh was the guy who made it happen every day. I love this guy. - Jim K.
